KIBRE - ENCLAVE NORTH ACTON

Photographed to document the completed amenity spaces at Enclave North Acton, a large-scale co-living development delivered in late 2025 for Outpost Management Ltd.

The project comprises a wide range of shared environments designed to support daily living, social interaction and work, including lounges, dining areas, fitness and sports spaces, music and podcast rooms, and other communal facilities. The interiors were designed by HTA Interiors, with Kibre appointed as the FF&E designers and delivery team.

Kibre developed and delivered a comprehensive FF&E scheme across the development, working closely with the architectural design to ensure each space was cohesive, durable and appropriate for long-term use. The approach combined bespoke furniture elements with carefully selected finishes and fabrics, allowing the different amenity spaces to retain individual character while maintaining a consistent overall language.

The photography focuses on how the various shared spaces function as a collective environment, documenting the relationship between layout, furniture, materiality and use. Emphasis was placed on capturing both the scale of the amenities and the quieter details that define how residents experience the spaces in practice.

The final images were produced for use by Kibre and the wider project team across brand communications and internal documentation, forming part of the visual record of the Enclave development. This project sits within an ongoing body of work photographing design-led build-to-rent and commercial residential interiors.
